Slain policeman Brian C. Roshong will live on through the lives he touched with his tenderness and sensitivity, as well as those whose lives have been blessed with donations of his organs. Roshong's uncle, Paul Coward of Medford, N.J., spoke about his nephew during Roshong's funeral Mass at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church yesterday. The service drew an estimated 850 law-enforcement officers from all over Ohio and involved a 1 1/2-mile procession and a burial ceremony
